So here is what I found out. People are weird when they are trying to convince you that you need to move to their community. I mean really, if you don't have what I am looking for, don't try to make up for it by trying to change my mind on what I want. I know what I want and you aren't going to be able to change it for me.
So here goes...
- The one at Buckly Ranch is out. They only have one left and it is WAY out of our price range now that they tinkered with it.
- The two at Brighton Farms East are out because they no longer are available. The community is doing a close out and have only one house left available, and it is icky.
We are now done to the original 6 and had two added by one of the developments that thought I might be interested in another one of their ranches and possibly the main floor master. I haven't really been able to take a minute to look at it yet. Now, still in order of size.
- The Preserve (Brighton) - The Prarie - 1941 sq. ft. Lot size 11,237 sq ft. - Base price $248,450
- Marshal Lake (Thornton - Maroon - 1945 sq.ft. Lot size, unknown. $ 274,950 Base Price. They still haven't called me back. The bums!
- Coyote Run (Mead) - Geneva Hill - 1964 sq.ft. average is 9000 sq.ft. lot - $278,950
- Raspberry Hill (Frederick) - Harvard -2142 sq. ft., 12,470 sq. ft. lot. Killer incentives! - $299,950
- Coyote Run (Mead) - Balisteri -2172 sq. ft. (this is one of the new ones) average is 9000 sq.ft. lot - $291,950
- Coyote Run (Mead) - Mountain Cove - 2206 sq ft. (This is the main Floor Master) average is 9000 sq.ft. lot - $285,950
- Turnberry (Commerce City) - Maroon - 2219 sq ft. Lot size 6500 sq. ft. - $273,660
- Monarch Estates (Firestone) - Castle Peak - 2251 sq. ft. and lot size approx. 7200 sq. ft. - $290,000
