OK, so maybe it is just wishful thinking, but I feel thinner already! We are now on our 3rd day into the diet, and introducing veggies into the diet. We still do the shakes, and bars but now, it is a shake for breakfast, veggies and half a food bar for snack, a shake for lunch, veggies and 1/2 a food bar for afternoon snack and a dinner, with a fruit snack for dessert.
One thing is for sure, I haven't been going hungry this morning! I feel stuffed! So, we are on phase 2 for the next 13 days and then we go to phase 3. It seems like an awfully short phase 2 to me. Oh Well. I made a mistake on dinner for tonight. It is chicken instead of steak. That is more than ok with me! Mmmmmm chicken, with a touch of BBQ sauce! Wooohooo!!!!!
