We've been in our house for 6 months now.  With the news that Kittery's folks will be moving out we've started working on the plans for the basement.  I'm hoping to use this thread to drive some design issues and clarify needs, wants & desires.  Here is a link to the dimensions drawing for the basement shown ...

My wife and I are very excited to announce Clan Arnold is moving from Seattle to Denver this summer!  Woo-hoo!  Cannot wait.  THis also means we have to start finishing the basement.
